I’m a multidisciplinary designer with 4+ years of experience in UX, visual analysis, graphic design, and user research.
Currently I’m a Design Patent Examiner at the USPTO, evaluating innovation at the intersection of design and policy.
Skilled in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and SolidWorks, with a focus on clear, research-driven, designed solutions.
Outside of work, you can find me thrift-flipping, cooking, and the occasional backpacking trip overseas.

It all starts in 2020…
Realized that Public Relations was not my passion :o , and began my minor in Industrial Design… without completely knowing what is was and what it could do for me. (spoiler alert: it’s made my life so much more exciting).
Started an online summer studio course with Jonas Hauptman and Ben Kirkland during the pandemic.
2020
My first drawn render
Collaborated with 5 students on researching mycelium composite molds and directed a 5-minute research video.
Won “Best Student Staff” and “Programmed Event of the Year” as a Resident Advisor at Virginia Tech.
Coached students on academic success, earning a $4,000 scholarship for leadership.
Officially switched my major from Public Relations to Industrial Design :D
2021
The plaque for the Mycelium Composite installation
Began my internship at the Virginia Cyber Range, starting with designing social media graphics & soft goods merch.
Designed and prototyped storage systems for workshop PPE at the Creativity & Innovation District as a shop monitor.
Researched shaded structures and natural forms in design during a study abroad in Spain, Portugal, and France for 1.5 months, and my findings were presented at Virginia Tech.
Continued Peer Academic Coaching, and proposed a seminar on healthy habits for design students in studio environments.
2022

Designed UX flows and vector graphics during internships at The Social Institute and Virginia CyberRange.
